丙烯腈是很多化工物质的合成单体,具有重要的经济价值,我们常见的腈纶,丁腈橡胶,ABS树脂等物质都是由丙烯腈作为重要原料生产加工而来。随着社会的进步,人们对各种化工产品的需求不断升高。产品的需求等价于原料的需求。市场上生产丙烯腈的化工厂家也变得越来越多。随着市场的激烈竞争,丙烯腈生产过程也在不断的优化。因为产品属于红海竞争模式,所以各大企业将很大的精力和方向都投入在生产过程的成本控制上,本文有针对性的探讨了丙烯腈装置的一些节能降耗方案。
Acrylonitrile is a synthetic monomer of many chemical substances and has important economic value. The common materials of acrylic, nitrile rubber and ABS resin are all produced and processed from acrylonitrile as an important raw material. As society progresses, people’s demand for various chemical products is on the rise. The demand of the product is equivalent to the demand of the raw material. The chemical manufacturers that produce acrylonitrile on the market also become more and more. Accompanied by fierce competition in the market, acrylonitrile production process is constantly optimized. Because the products belong to the competition mode of the Red Sea, all the major enterprises devote a great deal of energy and direction to the cost control in the production process. This paper discusses some energy-saving and consumption-reducing plans of acrylonitrile units in a targeted manner.
