新加坡诗人王润华将自然山水看作他生命不能分割的一部分，他以其浓浓的乡土情感描绘南洋的一草一木，以深沉的庄禅意识创造自然山水的古朴意境，显示其自然山水诗冲淡自然而又细腻的风格。在搏捉山水自然的美时，努力挖掘其中的暗示与象征，表达他对生活的思考和人生追求。他诗的语新意妙与其别致的拟人和奇巧的比喻相关。他较多地受到中国古典诗词的影响，而较少汲取西方现代诗歌的艺术营养。
Wang Runhua, a Singaporean poet, regarded the natural landscape as a part of his life which can not be separated. With his thick native emotion, he depicts the unique vegetation of the Nanyang. With the profound sense of Zhuang Zen, he creates the primitive artistic conception of natural landscape, Natural and delicate style. In the pursuit of the natural beauty of the landscape, we strive to tap the cues and symbols, express his thoughts on life and pursuit of life. The new meaning of his poem is related to his chic anthropomorphic and kitsch analogy. He is more influenced by the classical Chinese poetry but seldom absorbs the artistic nutrition of the modern Western poetry.
