目的了解褐家鼠携带汉坦病毒与其遗传因素间的关系。方法采用微卫星PCR技术对携带和未携带汉坦病毒的褐家鼠基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,根据所选的10个微卫星位点比较同一地区阴性、阳性标本间的差异。结果复核肾综合征出血热疫源地所捕获的褐家鼠鼠肺标本48份,挑选8份阳性标本及对应地区的阴性标本16份。通过对同一地区携带与未携带汉坦病毒的褐家鼠间微卫星扩增结果比较得出,8个所选微卫星位点未显现出明显差别,其余2个位点不稳定。结论经过对褐家鼠在10个微卫星位点的比较,未发现携带和未携带汉坦病毒的褐家鼠之间存在明显差别。
Objective To understand the relationship between hantavirus carrying Hantavirus and its genetic factors. Methods The genomic DNAs of Rattus norveatus were amplified by PCR using microsatellite DNA, and the differences between negative and positive samples in the same area were compared based on the selected 10 microsatellite loci. Results Forty-eight samples of brown rat domesticated rat captured from the retreatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were selected and 8 samples were positive and 16 samples were negative from the corresponding area. By comparing the results of microsatellite amplification between Rattus norvegicus in the same area with those without Hantavirus, no significant difference was found between the eight selected microsatellite loci and the other two sites were unstable. Conclusions After a comparison of Rattus norvegicus at 10 microsatellite loci, no significant differences were found between Rattus norvegicus with and without Hantavirus.
