山东聊城某商业大厦在强降雨积水形成的高水头作用下侧壁出现渗透破坏,导致基坑周边地面塌陷,危及相邻建筑物安全。通过采用向坑内注水的方式减小坑内外水头差,并对塌陷区域进行及时回填,确保邻近建筑物安全。应急抢险之后对基坑进行了鉴定,在全面分析事故原因的基础上,针对渗透破坏后的基坑现状,通过对周边主动区土体注浆和基坑侧壁中增设自钻式锚杆的方式对基坑进行加固,确保了基坑及周边建筑物的安全,使得工程顺利完成。
A commercial building in Liaocheng, Shandong Province, under the high water head formed by strong rainfall and waterlogging, causes seepage destruction on the side walls, resulting in ground collapse around the foundation pit and endangering the safety of the adjacent buildings. Through the use of water injection to reduce the pit inside and outside the head difference, and timely collapse of the area backfill, to ensure the safety of neighboring buildings. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the cause of the accident, aiming at the status quo of the foundation pit after seepage and destroying, the grouting of the soil around the active area and the addition of self-drilling anchor in the side wall of the foundation pit were carried out. Ways to reinforce the foundation pit to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding buildings, making the project successfully completed.
