针对平原粮区普遍存在的生产设施不完善、抗御自然灾害能力较低、高产稳产能力后劲不足等问题,通过对农田路网系统、排灌系统、供电系统、地力支持系统进行技术集成,形成了适于平原井灌区的高标准粮田建设模式,并在山东省兖州市进行了示范应用,投入使用后小麦平均单产达到7 500 kg/hm2,玉米单产达到9 000 kg/hm2的稳产高产水平。
