1980年从上海市崇明县土壤中分离得一株粉红孢类群链霉菌80～2233,其产生的抗生素80-2233是具有多组份的袢环类抗生素,经研究证明与国外的曲张链霉素(Strepto-varicin)基本一致。现将它的体外抗菌作用试验叙述如下: 一、抗菌谱;80-2233对革兰氏阳性菌具有良好的抑制作用,如对金葡菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌等,MIC为0.125～0.5γ/ml,2233-A的抑制活性比混合物高一倍以上;对宋氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、产气杆菌等部分阴性菌也有较高抑制活性,MIC为0.25～0.78γ/ml,但对大部分阴性菌抑制活性差或者无活性,对白念珠菌等真菌无抑
