准分子激光角膜切削术（PRK）治疗近视及近视散光患者61例（119眼）。术前等值球镜屈光度-1．00D～10．50D．结果：术后半年Ⅰ组（－1．00D～6．00D）和Ⅱ组（－6．25D～10．50D）裸眼视力≥0．5者分别为100％和94．29％；≥1．0者分别为79．31％和37．93％（P＜0．01）．最佳矫正视力较术前下降达到2行者Ⅰ组0眼；Ⅱ组2眼（6．9％）．结论：PRK治疗近视及近视散光安全、有效，对中低度者稳定性、预测性好，对高度者预测性差，存在回退明显的问题.
Excimer laser keratomileusis (PRK) treatment of myopia and myopic astigmatism in 61 patients (119 eyes). Preoperative spherical equivalent diopter -1.00D ~ 10.50D. Results: The uncorrected visual acuity ≥0.5 in group Ⅰ (-1.00D ~ 6.00D) and group Ⅱ (-6.25D ~ 10.50D) at half a year were 100% and 94.29% respectively; ≥1. 0 were 79.31% and 37.93% (P <0.01). The best corrected visual acuity was 2 eyes in group Ⅰ, while the other 2 eyes in group Ⅱ were 6.9%. Conclusion: PRK is safe and effective in the treatment of myopia and myopic astigmatism. It has good predictive ability for low and moderate degree, poor predictability for height, and obvious regression.
