结合堵水施工工艺,提出了一套简便的油基水泥浆堵剂室内评价方法,对研制的油基水泥浆堵剂的施工性能、水化性能及岩心试验进行了综合评价,对油基水泥浆堵剂的水化机理、选择性进行了初步探索。研究表明:油基水泥浆堵剂具有较高的水化强度及较强的堵水选择性,但注入性较差,在堵水作业中最好与注入性较好的其它堵剂联合使用.
Combining with water blocking construction technology, a simple and convenient evaluation method of oil-based cement plugging agent was put forward. The construction performance, hydration performance and core test of the oil-based cement plugging agent were comprehensively evaluated. Sealing agent hydration mechanism, the selectivity of a preliminary exploration. The results show that the oil-based cement plugging agent has high hydration strength and strong water-blocking selectivity, but has poor injectability. It is best to use it in combination with other plugging agents with good injectability in water plugging operations.
