目的:建立超声波提取红毛七多糖的最佳工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对红毛七多糖的超声提取工艺进行优选。考察了料液比、超声波提取温度、提取时间及提取功率对红毛七多糖提取率的影响。结果:料液比和超声波功率对红毛七多糖提取率的影响起主要作用,超声提取的最佳工艺为:红毛七料液比1∶20,超声波功率为70W,提取温度为65℃,超声波提取时间70m in。结论:该方法简便、准确、高效,在此工艺条件下多糖的提取率达13.67%。
Objective: To establish an optimal technique for ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from Hypenorrhiza. Methods: With the polysaccharide extraction rate as an index, based on the single factor test, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of polysaccharides from Radix Hedysanthus. The influences of the ratio of material to liquid, ultrasonic extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction power on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Radix Eupatorium were investigated. RESULTS: The ratio of material to liquid and ultrasonic power played a major role in the extraction rate of Polygonum multiflorum polysaccharides. The best technology for ultrasonic extraction was as follows: ratio of red hair to seven liquids 1:20, ultrasonic power 70W, extraction temperature 65°C Ultrasonic extraction time 70m in. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and efficient. Under this condition, the extraction rate of polysaccharide is up to 13.67%.
