METHODS AND RESULTS: Each mouse was intragastrically administered with a dose of 1000 times the total amount of clinical adult Kangai II, and the toxicity of 20 mice within 24 hours was observed. As a result, no adverse reactions and deaths were found. The conclusion is that this granule is a safe traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
