-20℃冰冻0、7、14、21和28 d的残杀威抗性品系和敏感品系淡色库蚊3 d龄雌成虫AChE活性均无显著变化。表明-20℃冰冻不影响淡色库蚊AChE活性。因此可将现场采集的蚊虫带回实验室冻存后集中测定AChE。
There was no significant change in the AChE activity of 3-year-old female adults of Culex pipiens pallens at -20 ℃ frozen for 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d. The results showed that freezing at -20 ℃ did not affect AChE activity of Culex. Therefore, mosquitoes collected on site can be taken back to the laboratory for concentration measurement of AChE after being stored.
