根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》,我国现有甲、乙类26种传染病需要填报传染病报告卡,然而在实际工作中传染病报告卡(以下简称报卡)的填写存在诸多问题,为加强这项工作的管理,笔者就有关问题浅析如下: 1 存在问题 1.1 填写地址不详或填写错误:填写地址不详在报卡中是存在问题较多的一种现象,市区、街道(巷)、小区、门牌号、楼号单元等都应详细填写,较多的情况是比较笼统或漏填。流动人口填写现地址中,应该填患病时住的具体方位。比如:宾馆、旅社或打工、探亲所在地址。住校学生应填写学校和具体地址,而不应填写患者的家庭地址。由于地址不详,对于诸如家访、消毒、流行病诊断依据带来一些困难。
