目的探讨丁胺卡那与洁霉素联用增毒及致死原因。方法将Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠２１只随机分为三组，一组单用丁胺卡那，一组单用洁霉素，一组联用。结果联用组呼吸抑制及心停搏时间显著提前（Ｐ＜０．０１），死亡时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），丁胺卡那及洁霉素致死剂量的减少非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论两药联用可明显增加毒性。
Objective To explore the combination of amikacin and lincomycin toxin and lethal cause. Methods Twenty-one Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups, one with amikacin alone and the other with lincomycin alone. Results The respiratory depression and cardiac arrest time were significantly earlier (P <0.01) and the death time was significantly shorter (P <0.01) in combination group, and the lethal dose of amikacin and lincomycin was significantly decreased (P < 0.01). Conclusions The combination of the two drugs can obviously increase the toxicity.
