目的:通过测量种植体骨结合过程中种植体与周围软硬组织间的电阻变化来反映种植体骨结合状态。方法:测量不同时间、不同犬及同一犬不同牙位牙龈、种植体周围骨质到对侧口角粘膜电阻。结果:上颌门齿、犬齿、前臼齿、臼齿牙龈到对侧口角粘膜电阻基本位于2.09MΩ、2.00MΩ、2.02MΩ、1.83MΩ附近,下颌门齿、犬齿、前臼齿、臼齿牙龈到对侧口角粘膜电阻基本位于2.26 MΩ、2.19 MΩ、2.08MΩ、1.94 MΩ附近,上下颌右侧第二前臼齿牙槽骨到对侧口角粘膜电阻基本位于2.23MΩ、2.07MΩ附近。讨论:实验数据出现波动可能由以下两个原因造成:a、试验中我们发现电阻测量仪电极探针较尖,测量仪比较灵敏,电极在牙龈上的压力不同,其测量结果可以产生较大差异。b、实验时间跨度为四个月,温度可能影响犬口腔环境的潮湿度,进而影响口腔粘膜的导电能力,造成测量结果出现差异。结论:本实验获取了犬不同牙位牙龈及牙槽骨到对侧口角粘膜电阻数据,可为进一步研究种植体骨结合状态提供指导及基础数据。
OBJECTIVE: To measure the osseointegration of implants by measuring the change of electrical resistance between the implants and the surrounding soft and hard tissue in the process of osseointegration. Methods: The mucosal resistance of different dogs and different teeth of the same dog at different time points, the bone around the implant and contralateral mouth were measured. Results: The mucosal resistance of the maxillary incisors, canines, premolar teeth and molars to the contralateral gingival mucosa was basically at 2.09MΩ, 2.00MΩ, 2.02MΩ and 1.83MΩ. The maxillary mucosal resistance of the mandibular incisors, canines, premolar teeth and molars to the contralateral gingiva Located at 2.26 MΩ, 2.19 MΩ, 2.08 MΩ, 1.94 MΩ. The mucosal resistance of the second premolar alveolar bone to the contralateral side of the maxillary and mandibular is basically located at 2.23MΩ, 2.07MΩ. Discussion: The experimental data fluctuations may be caused by the following two reasons: a, the test we found that the resistance probe electrode probe more sharp, more sensitive instrument, the pressure on the gums on the electrode, the measurement results can have a greater difference . b, the experimental time span of four months, the temperature may affect the dog oral environment moisture, thereby affecting the oral mucosal conductivity, resulting in differences in measurement results. CONCLUSIONS: The mucosal resistance data of gingival and alveolar bone to the contralateral mouth of dogs obtained from different teeth in this experiment can provide guidance and basic data for further study on the bone union of implants.
