中学生睡眠不足的问题在美国和中国都比较普遍,高中生相对于初中生情况更加严重。上海市2012年的调查显示:36.7%的学生自我报告每天睡眠时间不足7 h,女生报告率(39.6%)高于男生(33.8%),高中生报告率(63.4%)高于中职生(29.7%)和初中生(25.3%)。每天睡眠时间不足7 h的比例美国女生为71.3%,男生为66.4%,上海高中女生为68.0%,男生为58.3%。上海的调查数据同时也显示,中职校学生发生某些易导致伤害行为的比例高于高中生,但睡眠不足的比例
Middle school students lack of sleep in the United States and China are more common problems, high school students relative to junior high school students even worse. According to a survey conducted in Shanghai in 2012, 36.7% of students reported less than 7 hours self-reported daily sleep, 39.6% reported girls (33.8%), and 63.4% reported senior high school students 29.7%) and junior high school students (25.3%).
