不久前,德国慕尼黑市就业工作代表团来到天津,与各高校和教育人事主管部门的就业工作者进行了广泛的交流,其中“慕尼黑就业模式”是交流的主要内容。本文将系统阐述这一模式对于我们目前就业工作改革的启示。一、“慕尼黑就业模式”的特点“慕尼黑就业模式”是德国大学教育和就业市场相连接的一种就业服务模式,主要是解决大学教育如何与快速变化的就业市场需求相适应的问题。这一模式已在2001年正式向欧洲其他大学推广,目前德国有60所大学采用“慕尼黑就业模式”。“慕尼黑就业模式”的特点主要表现在以下几个方面:一是大学、企业界、劳动局(全面负责大学毕业生和劳动力市场的就业服务工作)的全方位合作,他们通过在组织上和经济上的相互支持、以及信息上的有效沟通,真正把学生就业准备作为共同的任务来完成。二是在大学里设立就业市场学院,专门负责学生专业能力以外的其它能力的培训,包括社交能力、独立工作能
