首先基于对云南生物产业科研团队的访谈和认可度问卷调查,构建了云南生物产业科研协同性能的影响因素。然后结合云南生物产业科研团队的调研数据,运用因子分析和模糊集值统计的方法,从沟通、协作和异质性知识交互三个方面对云南省高校及科研院所的48个生物产业科研团队进行了综合评价。结果表明,云南生物产业科研团队的协同性能处于良好水平。而沟通的意愿、电子沟通方式、对研究问题的感知、有大致相同的思维方式、对研究任务的领悟、主观能动性的发挥、异质性知识交互意愿和异质性知识的分享是影响云南生物产业科研团队协同性能的主要因素。
First of all, based on interviews with the biological industry research team in Yunnan and the acceptance degree questionnaire survey, the paper constructs the influencing factors on the collaborative performance of scientific research in Yunnan biological industry. Then, combining the research data of Yunnan biological industry research team, using the method of factor analysis and fuzzy set-valued statistics, 48 bio-industry research teams from universities and research institutes in Yunnan Province from three aspects of communication, collaboration and heterogeneous knowledge interaction Conducted a comprehensive evaluation.
