大豆杂种世代的遗传变异研究有以下三个目的:(1)理论上,从F_1杂种的表现,与其亲本比较,提供了在杂种群体内关于基因作用的信息。例如F_1子代优于中亲本就可以推论基因有非加性作用。(2)为大豆育种的早代测定提出理论依据。因从杂交后代的一般配合力(gca)和特殊配合力(sca)的分析就能够作确定选配亲本和淘汰杂交组合的参考,从而在杂交育种上有了预见性。(3)为杂种大豆品种在生产上应用提供实际依据。一般自花授粉作物,生产上F_1代杂种品种能够有实用价值必须满足两个要求:(1)F_1代产量表现有显著地高的杂种优势;(2)一种能够经济有效地获得大量杂种种子方法。
The study of genetic variation in the soybean hybrid generation has three purposes: (1) In theory, the performance of the F 1 hybrid in comparison with its parent provides information on the role of genes in the hybrid population. For example, F_1 progenies outperformed their parents to infer that genes have non-additive effects. (2) The theoretical basis for the determination of early breeding of soybean breeding. Because of the analysis of the general combining ability (gca) and special combining ability (sca) of hybrid progeny, it can be used as a reference to determine the elite parents and eliminate the crosses, and thus has the predictive ability in hybrid breeding. (3) Provide practical basis for the application of hybrid soybean varieties in production. Generally, self-pollination crops can have practical value in producing hybrid F_1 hybrids. Two requirements must be met: (1) a significantly higher heterosis in F_1 generation; (2) a hybrid seed that can economically and efficiently obtain large amounts of hybrid seeds method.
