With the continuous deepening of the reform of physical education curriculum, old and traditional teaching content can no longer stimulate students’ interest in learning, let alone enjoy the hobby. At present, the development of sports curriculum content resources has become a new topic for front-line sports teachers to study in depth. The author conducted a preliminary study on this and achieved good results. 1. The increase or decrease of most of the current sports content in some of the competition categories are the two armies confronting each other and catching each other.
