一直以来,企业文化一直都是身为管理者和公司高层需要密切关注的话题,企业文化不只是一个公司对外宣称的外部标签和企业的官方形象,在另一方面,企业文化更是企业内部人员业务素养的体现,即企业员工所感受到的甚至依赖着的企业的形象感受共和感情寄托。因此,企业文化作为企业重要的一部分,具有重大的研究意义,不断进行企业文化的创新能够使一个企业能够永葆青春活力,也是一个企业能够经久不衰的重要保障,为此需要研究人员进行密切关注和尽心的研究。本文即从企业文化的创新角度,分析商业银行企业文化创新的重大意义,并提出相应的解决措施。
