分别用含有已知抗白粉病基因 Pm2、Pm4 b、Pm6的品种和感病品种与作者培育的 4个抗白粉病新品系杂交 ,在温室鉴定了亲本和 F2 代幼苗对北京地区优势白粉病菌株 E0 9号的反应 ,以确定它们含有的抗病基因。结果 :CA95 5 0含有 2对有效抗病基因 Pm2和 Pm4 b;CA96 40、CA96 41和CA96 48均含有 1对有效抗病基因 Pm2。
Four resistant cultivars of powdery mildew were cultivated with the cultivars and susceptible cultivars Pm2, Pm4 b and Pm6 containing the known resistance genes of powdery mildew, and the F2 generation seedlings were identified in the green house. E0 9 response to determine the resistance genes they contain. Results: Two pairs of effective resistance genes Pm2 and Pm4 b were contained in CA95 5 0. One pair of effective resistance gene Pm2 was contained in CA96 40, CA96 41 and CA96 48.
