学习自我效能感对学生的学业成就和终身发展具有重要的作用。为在物理教学中逐步提高学生的学习自我效能感,我们结合物理教学的实际和影响学生学习自我效能感的因素,针对学习前、学习中和学习后三个阶段提出培养策略。在学生学习前,对学生进行学习自我效能感的教育,并指导学生制定合理的学习目标;在学生学习过程中,对学生进行激励性评价、让学生体验更多的成功、教学生掌握物理学习策略、为学生提供适当的榜样示范、创设轻松和谐的学习氛围:在学生学习结束后,指导学生进行积极的归因,并引导学生进行正确的比较。本研究提出的培养学生物理学习自我效能感的策略具有理论上的可行性,其有效性有待实践中进一步验证。
Learning self-efficacy on the academic achievements of students and lifelong development has an important role. In order to improve students’learning self-efficacy gradually in physics teaching, we combine the actual teaching of physics with the factors that affect students’learning self-efficacy, and put forward the training strategies according to the three stages before, during and after learning. Before the students learn, students learn self-efficacy education, and guide students to develop a reasonable learning objectives; In the process of student learning, students are encouraged to evaluate, so that students experience more success, teaching students to master the physical learning Strategy to provide students with an appropriate model role model and create a relaxed and harmonious learning environment: At the end of the student learning, to guide students to make positive attribution and to guide students to make the right comparison. The strategy proposed in this study to develop students’ self-efficacy in studying physics is theoretically feasible and its validity needs to be further verified in practice.
