Over the past 10 years, the achievements of China’s telecommunications reform have taken shape. The original institutional framework for the integration of government and enterprises has been gradually broken. Recently, the telecommunications sector is more frequent, first announced the establishment of China Telecom Group, the implementation of separate government and enterprise; followed by tariff adjustments held a hearing. However, the views of the outside world on telecommunications reform, criticism and even condemnation are even higher than ever before.
