目的探讨非糖尿病脑梗死患者急性期空腹血糖和梗死大小和预后的关系。方法测定101例非糖尿病脑梗死患者发病48小时内的空腹血糖值,并将患者按梗死大小、神经功能评分及预后分组,应用方差分析各组间血糖值有无差异。结果大面积组的血糖值最高,轻、中、重型脑梗死患者的血糖值依次递增。预后加重组的血糖值明显高于好转组及无变化组的测定值。结论高血糖与梗死大小有关,并且对脑卒中近期预后有不良影响。 Objective To investigate the relationship between fasting blood glucose, infarct size and prognosis in patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction in acute stage. Methods The fasting blood glucose was measured in 101 patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction within 48 hours. The patients were divided into groups according to infarction size, neurological function score and prognosis. The results of the largest group of the highest blood glucose, light, moderate and severe cerebral infarction in patients with increasing blood glucose levels. The prognosis of patients with exacerbation of blood glucose was significantly higher than that of the improved group and no change of the measured value. Conclusions Hyperglycemia is associated with the size of the infarct and has an adverse effect on the near future prognosis of stroke.
