目前,全国地方小铁厂(不包括乡镇企业)约185个,拥有小高炉335座,容积12109m~3.1988年产铁568万吨,占当年全国生铁产量的10%,盈利约2.1亿元.1989年上半年产铁259万吨,盈利9105万元.为了认真贯彻治理整顿、深化改革的方针,使地方小铁厂稳定健康地发展,把经营管理与生产水平提高一步,我们召开了这次地方小铁厂经验交流会.希望通过经验的交流,尽快把消耗和成本降下来,把质量搞上去. 下面就小铁厂的现状、问题、面临的形势以及这次会议的任务谈几点意见:
