随着人们生活水平的提高和寿命的延长,心血管疾病已成为威胁人类健康与死亡的主要原因,心血管疾病的本质是血管结构和功能的异常。脉搏波传导速度是近年来用于评估动脉弹性的非侵入性手段之一,不仅能早期综合反映各种心血管危险因素对冠心病患者血管壁的损害,而且与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度、急性冠状动脉综合征及心功能不全的发生发展有关,已受到国内外学者的广泛重视,成为目前心血管疾病无创检测的研究热点之一。
