本文介绍客车振动系统的模拟方法。结合客车行驶平顺性的研究,将客车简化为六个自由度模型,运用设计阶段所能得到的一些结构参数,自编程序计算了汽车振动响应功率谱、标准差、传递函数以及1/3倍频程加速度均方根值。还计算了车身相对动挠度和相对动载荷等。采用模拟方法,在计算过程中改变结构参数,可预测汽车动态特性,从而实现优化设计的目的。与国际标准 ISPO2631对照,可用来评价汽车行驶平顺性。
This article describes the bus vibration simulation method. Based on the study of passenger ride comfort, the bus is simplified into six degrees of freedom model.
