高校校园体育文化环境建设是社会主义精神文明在学校的体现,是一所学校独特的精神面貌,也是学生文化素养、道德情操的综合反映。它在完成学校教育任务中起到不可代替的作用,是一个育人的特殊环境,同时校园体育文化建设又是学校的一项基础性、战略性系统工程,它是高校体育的重要内容。
The construction of college campus sports culture environment is the manifestation of socialist spiritual civilization in schools. It is the unique mental outlook of a school and a comprehensive reflection of students’ cultural accomplishments and moral sentiments. It plays an irreplaceable role in completing the task of school education and is a special environment for educating people. At the same time, campus sports culture construction is a basic and strategic systematic project of the school. It is an important part of college physical education.
