高压气幕有效地控制掘进工作面的矿尘扩散。应用流体软件FLUENT,对高压气幕喷孔风速的进行了数值模拟。把高压气幕喷孔风速分为风速有效区和风速无效区;喷孔风速随着气体压力的增大而增加;随着气幕喷孔直径增大,喷孔风速呈现增大的趋势,而风速无效区长度也呈现不同程度地增大。模拟结果在现场进行了应用。
High pressure air curtain effectively control the spread of mine dust on driving face. The FLUENT software is used to simulate the air velocity of high pressure air curtain. The air velocity of the high pressure air curtain is divided into the effective area of wind speed and the ineffective area of wind speed; the wind speed of nozzle increases with the increase of gas pressure; the wind speed of nozzle increases with the increase of the diameter of the gas curtain, The length of wind speed ineffective area also increased in varying degrees. The simulation results have been applied in the field.
