在新形势下如何加强和改进供电企业的思想政治工作?这是摆在政工干部面前的一个重要课题,应该进行深入细致的研究探索。一、新形势的主要特征从党和国家大局讲,新的形势就是要建设有中国特色的社会主义。主要特征就是坚持“一个中心两个基本点”的基本路线。在四项基本原则指导下,进行一系列经济体制改革,全面提高社会生产力、综合国力和人民的物质文化生活水平。它不但集中地反映了建设有中国特色社会主义的奋斗目标。而且严格地区分了社会主义和资本主义的根本界线。
Under the new situation, how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of power supply enterprises? Main Characteristics of the New Situation From the overall situation of the party and the state, the new situation is to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. The main feature is the basic line of “one center and two basic points”. Under the guidance of the four basic principles, a series of economic structural reforms have been conducted to comprehensively raise social productivity, comprehensively integrate national resources and material and cultural living standards of the people. It not only reflects centrally the goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. But also strictly distinguishes the fundamental boundary between socialism and capitalism.
