1986年,我市经过半年多的深入调查和反复论证,做出了“实行初、高中分设,取消小学升初中全市统一考试、取消重点初中”的重大改革决策。从这年的秋季开始,在全市范围内取消重点初中,取消了初中招生考试,所有合格的小学毕业生以校为单位,本着相对就近的原则对口直升初中,全市绝大部分中学初、高中独立设校。这是一场关系到教育思想、考试制度的重大改革,为我市小学教育
In 1986, after more than half a year of in-depth investigation and repeated demonstration, the city made a major reform decision of “implementing primary and senior secondary education, abolishing the unified examination of elementary and junior high schools and canceling key junior high schools”. From the beginning of autumn of this year, key high schools were canceled in the whole city, and junior high school entrance examination was canceled. All qualified primary school graduates took the school as a unit, guided by the principle of relative proximity to junior high school, and most of the city’s junior high schools, High school set up an independent school.
