郴州市永兴县三塘乡因采矿而污染周围环境的问题,在省、市、县三级政府的高度重视下,郴州市和永兴县国土局、环保局等有关部门负责人先后多次赶往现场进行勘测和调查取证,2月18日,郴州市和永兴县国土局组成联合执法大队来到三塘乡宏发矿现场,对各非法矿予以查封。目前,宏发矿原有的采掘井口已被黄土封闭,出运矿的钢轨已经被拆除。为了加大对非法矿整治的力度,执法人员点燃了导火线,炸毁了宝术亭等非法矿。郴州市永兴县三塘乡是黄诚将军的家乡,地处该县边远山区,现有居民2万多人。三塘乡是一个远近闻名的贫困乡,近些年来,在市、县两级政府的关怀和支持下,村民们甩开膀子搞生产。然而,先后在该乡建起的几家冶炼、采矿、精选企业,污染了周边的生产环境和水土资源,严重影响了当地村民的身体健康,破坏了当地农业经济发展。当地群众多次向有关部门举报。 Three Tong Township, Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, polluted the surrounding environment because of mining.
