目的:探讨CD34+细胞含量在骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗心力衰竭中的作用。方法:选择缺血性心力衰竭患者30例,测定移植前骨髓单个核细胞中CD34+细胞含量。观察患者移植前和移植后3个月的心肌梗死缺损区面积、左室射血分数、每搏量的变化。结果:在移植后3个月,CD34+细胞<4.45×105者心肌梗死缺损区下降幅度、左室射血分数和每搏量上升幅度均明显小于CD34+细胞>4.45×105者(P<0.05)。结论:在骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗心力衰竭的过程中,细胞系中CD34+细胞含量多者,其心功能改善好于CD34+细胞含量少者。
Objective: To investigate the role of CD34 + cells in the treatment of heart failure with bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation. Methods: 30 patients with ischemic heart failure were selected to determine the amount of CD34 + cells in bone marrow mononuclear cells before transplantation. The changes of myocardial infarct size, left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume before and 3 months after transplantation were observed. Results: At 3 months after transplantation, the decrease of myocardial infarction defect area, the increase of left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume in CD34 + cells <4.45 × 105 were significantly smaller than those of CD34 + cells> 4.45 × 105 (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: During the treatment of heart failure with bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation, the improvement of cardiac function in CD34 + cells in the cell line is better than that in CD34 + cells.
