“水表自转”是指用户没有用水,水表却间歇转动。常见的现象有正转、反转、正反转交替进行。随着城镇化的加速发展,“一户一表”改造工程得到大力实施,水价的上涨和人均用水量的增大使用户越来越关注水表,居民反映较多的是水表出现了正读数。济宁市生活用水水质整体情况较好、但部分水硬度大、溶解性总固形物超标,对水表自转现象有影响。文章分别从流体、压力波动、气囊、安装设计、分水器间距等方面进行阐述水表自转现象的成因,并结合实际情况提出相应解决措施,提高公用事业服务水平和人民生活幸福感。
“Water meter rotation ” refers to the user without water, the water meter is intermittent rotation. Common phenomena are forward, reverse, positive and negative alternately. With the accelerated development of urbanization, the reform of “one household one meter” has been vigorously implemented. As the price of water rises and the per capita water consumption increases, the users are paying more and more attention to the meter. The residents are more likely to reflect the positive reading of the meter . Jining City, the overall quality of domestic water quality is better, but some water hardness, total dissolved solids exceeded, the phenomenon of rotation of the water meter. The article elaborates the causes of water meter rotation from the aspects of fluid, pressure fluctuation, airbag, installation design and water separator spacing, and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the actual situation, so as to improve the service level of public utility and people’s well-being.
