为探讨今后男女混合病室应有的状态,作者咨询调查了因康复而入院的41名脑溢血患者。调查内容分为9项,对男女混合病室的印象、排便、睡眠、更衣、仪表、饮食、高兴度、谈话量、康复积极性。结果,将患者入院与出院时对混合收容认为“讨厌”、“令人喜欢”、“无所谓”三项进行比较认为“讨厌”者二率无变化。认为“令人喜欢”者,出院时从14.7%增至31.7%。入院时认为“讨厌”的4名患者中,出院时仍有2名认为“讨厌”。显示各人在生理上产生拒绝感的差别。对于排便、睡眠、更衣(均以布帘隔开,并注意消音等),多数患者表示不担心,在男女混合病室并无障碍。对于美容、饮食、高兴程度、谈话量、康复积极性,略显示患者存在意识到有异性的倾向。由男女混合病室带来的明朗、欢快的气氛,使患者心身稳定,这与康复的积极性增高有关。
In order to explore the future status of men and women mixed ward, the author consulted to investigate the 41 admitted to hospital for stroke patients. The survey was divided into 9 items, which showed the impression of mixed gender wards, defecation, sleep, dressing, instrumentation, diet, pleasure, conversation and rehabilitation. As a result, comparing patients who were admitted to hospital and discharged from hospital, they considered “hateful”, “likeable”, and “indifferent” and considered “hateful” as the second rate unchanged. Those who rated “likeable” increased from 14.7% to 31.7% at discharge. Of the four patients considered “nasty” at admission, two were considered “nasty” at discharge. Shows the difference in physiology of each person’s sense of refusal. For defecation, sleep, changing clothes (separated by a curtain, and pay attention to silencers, etc.), most patients said they did not worry, there is no obstacle in mixed gender ward. For the beauty, diet, happiness, conversation, rehabilitation enthusiasm, slightly shows the existence of patients tend to be aware of the opposite sex. A clear and cheerful atmosphere brought by mixed men’s and women’s wards makes the patient physically and psychologically stable, which is related to the increased enthusiasm for rehabilitation.
