目的了解杭州市DSA介入诊疗工作人员职业照射情况。方法对杭州市15家医疗机构22台DSA设备透视防护区工作人员位置空气比释动能率及工作机房外周围辐射水平进行调查,并对DSA介入诊疗工作人员个人剂量监测结果进行统计分析。结果 DSA机房外周围辐射水平合格率为90.1%,DSA设备透视防护区工作人员位置空气比释动能率合格率只有50%,第二术者位总体空气比释动能率要高于第一术者位,中部(胸部、腹部、下肢)检测点的空气比释动能率要远高于两端(头部和足部)。DSA介入诊疗工作人员个人平均年受照剂量为0.41 m Sv。结论杭州市DSA介入诊疗工作人员职业受照剂量水平较低,但开展DSA介入诊疗操作时要注意规范使用辅助防护设施和个人防护用品。
Objective To understand the occupational exposure of DSA interventional workers in Hangzhou. Methods The air-kerma rate and radiation level around the work room of 22 DSA equipment pilots in 15 medical institutions in Hangzhou were investigated. The personal dose monitoring results of DSA interventional clinic staff were statistically analyzed. Results The qualified rate of radiation around the DSA room was 90.1%. The passing rate of air kerma rate was only 50% at the site of DSA equipment and the total air kerma of the second surgeon was higher than that of the first surgeon Bit, central (chest, abdomen, lower limbs) detection point of the air kerma rate is much higher than both ends (head and foot). The average annual dose of DSA interventional treatment staff is 0.41 m Sv. Conclusion The occupational exposure level of interventional clinic staff in DSA is relatively low in Hangzhou. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the standardized use of auxiliary protective equipment and personal protective equipment during the operation of DSA intervention.
