为了实现企业的自身经营目标,许多中小企业纷纷投入到方兴未艾的高新技术革命,主动去研究开发高新技术产品,以期获得利润最大化。然而发展高新技术既可能给企业带来繁荣与发展,也可能给企业带来损失与危害。因为任何一家企业要想进行高新技术产品的研究与开发,都必须拥有强大的内部资金与财力支持。这对于那些进行换代型和全新型产品开发的企业来说,尤其如此。
