We find an exact solution of travelling waves in one-dimensional coupled maplattices (CML) and verify its stability in the moving perturbations. The allowance discretewave velocities are obtained and the selection principle of wave velocities is presented. Bythis exact solution, a simple model is suggested to predict the temporal behaviors of travelling waves in CML.
