旅游业因其低能耗、高就业、强调创新的特征成为了重要的经济发展引擎,新晋旅游城市天津也在努力探索适合自身区位特色的产业发展路径。天津近海地区的农村保留了丰富的河海文化遗产,可以将其与处于初始发展阶段的休闲旅游业相契合,统合民间手工艺品、情境复原与展示、口述与表演、纪念品包装设计成为完整的产业链与立体的历史叙事空间,深化旅游产品的内涵,提升项目的文化品质,使消费产品转化为消费文化,最终达成保护非物质文化遗产与促进旅游消费、建立地域文化品牌的双赢。
