这些年来,一些党政机关相继兴办了一些经济实体,这对于促进经济发展,分流机关人员,起到了一定的促进作用。但同时也存在一些问题,一些“实体”不过是翻牌公司,或有些人根本不适合“下海”,有的“实体”根本未与原机关“脱钩”,仍用行政办法办“实体”,因而产生了一些不良影响。中央要求“实体”应与原机关“脱钩”,这有助于纠正办“实体”过程中存在的问题,保证这些“实体”的健康发展。 Over the past few years, some party and government organs have successively established a number of economic entities.
