采用等离子光谱、傅立叶红外光谱以及电子自旋共振谱等技术分析杨树不同生长年轮部位木材的化学特性。结果显示,杨树湿心材中较高浓度的无机物质是其显著的化学特性之一。湿心材中较高含量的有色化学物质多元酚、有机酸和酯类化合物以及来源于酚羟基、羰基等的含氧自由基与湿心材的变色密切相关。此外,湿心材含量的遗传分析结果表明,湿心材性状主要是由无性系基因型控制的。
The chemical characteristics of wood in different growth stages of poplar were analyzed by plasma spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electron spin resonance spectroscopy. The results show that the higher concentration of inorganic substances in poplar wet-heart wood is one of its significant chemical properties. The higher content of colored chemical substances, such as polyphenols, organic acids and esters, and the oxygen-containing radicals derived from phenolic hydroxyl groups and carbonyl groups, are closely related to the discoloration of wet-wood materials. In addition, the genetic analysis of wet-wood content showed that the wet-wood properties were mainly controlled by clonal genotypes.
