本文用ABC-ELISA法比较研究了HHF和GAH抗原对71例泡球蚴病患者、107例非泡球蚴病患者和86例健康人的诊断价值。结果表明:(1)在以S/N≥2.2为阳性标准时,泡球蚴患者用HHF和GAH抗原的敏感性相同,均为98.59%,假阳性率前者为3.63%,后者为2.07%,经统计学处理两者差别不显著(t=0.92);(2)泡球蚴患者的S/N值在6.0以上者,HHF抗原占67.61%,非常显著地高于GAH的36.62%(t=3.89),棘球蚴患者的HHF抗原占59.75%,也非常显著地高于GAH抗原的6.09%(t=8.91);(3)泡球蚴患者的ABC-ELISA抗体滴度在1∶6400以上者,HHF和GAH抗原各占67.61%和74.61%,两者无显著差别,说明同种和异种抗原均可用于泡球蚴病的诊断;(4)泡球蚴病的ABC—ELISA抗体几何平均滴度用在GAH抗原时为1∶8577.39,为用HHF抗原(1∶7555.04)的1.14倍,而棘球蚴病的抗体几何平均滴度在HHF抗原为1∶2891.39,为GAH抗原(1∶1252.15)的2.31倍,说明在诊断上宜用同种抗原;(5)泡球蚴患者的抗体几何平均滴度比棘球蚴患者高,在用HHF抗原时前者为后者的2.61倍,GAH抗原前者为后者的6.85倍。
ABC-ELISA method was used to compare the diagnostic value of HHF and GAH antigens in 71 cases of alveolar echinococcosis, 107 cases of non-alveolar hydatidosis and 86 cases of healthy people. (5) The geometric mean titers of antibodies against metacercariae are higher than those of echinococcosis patients.
