采用大型双室真空渗碳淬火设备对20Cr Mn Mo钢进行深层真空渗碳,研究了不同工艺处理后的金相形貌、显微硬度分布、表面碳浓度和扫描电镜照片。结果表明,在强渗75 min时,20Cr Mn Mo钢深层真空渗碳渗扩比以1颐20~1颐22为宜。20Cr Mn Mo钢大型重载齿轮以渗扩比1颐22进行深层真空渗碳淬火处理后,表面碳浓度为0.86%,渗碳层深度4.4 mm,碳化物级别1~2级,淬火和回火后齿轮齿面硬度分别为61.3、57.5 HRC。
The deep-space carburizing of 20Cr Mn Mo steel was carried out by using a large double-chamber vacuum carburizing and quenching equipment. The metallographic morphology, microhardness distribution, surface carbon concentration and scanning electron micrographs were studied after different treatments. The results show that the deep vacuum carburizing percolation ratio of 20Cr Mn Mo steel is better than 1 20 ~ 1 Yi 22 at 75 min post-intensive infiltration. 20Cr Mn Mo steel large heavy-duty gear to infiltration ratio 1 Yi 22 deep vacuum carburizing quenching, the surface carbon concentration of 0.86%, depth of carburized layer 4.4 mm, carbide grade 1 to 2, quenching and tempering Rear gear tooth surface hardness were 61.3,57.5 HRC.
