我院于1974年底应用广东省佛山制药厂所提供的粗榧酯硷治疗1例真性红细胞增多症,获得临床完全缓解,兹介绍如下。黄××,男,36岁,农民,住院号184807。因头晕、头痛、心悸,有时伴恶心呕吐,睡眠欠佳4个月,于1974年12月14日入院。体检:体温、呼吸正常,脉搏100次/分,血压200/120毫米汞柱。发育及营养正常,神志清,浅淋巴结无肿大。全身及面部皮肤红紫,跟结膜及口腔粘膜血充,未发现皮肤及粘膜出血。肺音清晰。心界无扩大,心律不整,可闻频发期前早缩,心脏无杂音。腹软,肝肋下1.5厘米,脾肋下2厘米,余未发现异常。实验室检查:血红细胞590万,血红蛋白17.4克,白细胞19,400。分类:未发现幼稚细胞,血小板526,000。白细胞硷性磷酸酶活性测定阳性率79%,积分227(我院正常值:阳性率10～30%,积分10～50)。血清铁50微克%,动脉血含氧量24毫升%,肝肾功能正常。骨髓象见造血细胞显著增生,支持真性红细胞增多症。X 线胸部检查:肺野清晰、心脏大小正常。心电图结果:1、频发性房性期前早缩合并室内差异

Laboratory tests: 5.9 million red blood cells, hemoglobin 17.4 grams, white blood cells 19,400. Category: No naive cells, platelets 526,000. The positive rate of white blood cell alkaline phosphatase activity was 79%, integral 227 (normal in our hospital: the positive rate was 10 to 30% and the score was 10 to 50). Serum iron 50 micrograms%, arterial oxygen content 24 ml%, liver and kidney function is normal. Bone marrow see significant proliferation of hematopoietic cells, support for polycythemia vera. Chest X-ray examination: lung field clear, normal heart size. ECG results: 1, frequent sexual intercourse before the early condensation and indoor differences
