目的建立一种快速、准确的气相色谱法测定液体制剂中α-松油醇含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱仪,通过优化仪器参数的方法,对液体制剂中α-松油醇的含量进行测定。结果通过对乙醇溶剂中不同浓度系列α-松油醇含量的测定,确定气相色谱法测定α-松油醇的含量的参数。线性范围为0.05~1.0 mg/ml,加标回收率为98.6%~102.0%,相关系数为0.9999%,方法检测限为1 100 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.74%。结论所建立的气相色谱法测定液体制剂中α-松油醇的含量,具有较高的灵敏度、准确度、精密度和较低的检出限,满足α-松油醇含量的测定要求。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of α-terpineol in liquid preparations by gas chromatography. Methods Gas chromatograph was used to determine the content of α-terpineol in liquid formulation by optimizing the instrument parameters. Results The determination of α-terpineol content by gas chromatography was carried out by measuring the content of α-terpineol in different concentrations of ethanol. The linear range was 0.05-1.0 mg / ml. The recoveries were 98.6% -102.0%. The correlation coefficient was 0.9999%. The detection limit was 1 100 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.74%. Conclusion The established GC determination of α-terpineol in liquid preparations has higher sensitivity, accuracy, precision and lower detection limit, which meets the determination requirements of α-terpineol content.
