体育教师对新课程的理解和参与是体育课程改革获得成功的前提,因此对体育教师队伍的建设就显得非常重要。本文从我国新一轮的体育课程改革所表现出的特点出发,分析了新课改对体育教师的知识和能力所提出的新要求,对新课改形势下体育教师队伍的建设进行了探讨,以期为当前体育教师培训提供借鉴。
Physical education teachers’ understanding and participation of the new curriculum are the prerequisites for the success of the PE curriculum reform. Therefore, it is very important for PE teachers to construct. Based on the characteristics of the new round of physical education curriculum reform in our country, this paper analyzes the new requirements of the new curriculum reform on physical education teachers’ knowledge and ability, discusses the construction of physical education teachers in the new curriculum reform, With a view to provide reference for the current training of PE teachers.
