广安地区成立四年来,全区各级财政部门按照地委、行署提出的“抓住机遇、加快发展、争上台阶”的总体要求,实干苦干,负重前进,取得了很大业绩:财政收入快速增长,财政实力不断增强。1996年突破4亿元(含两税)大关,比1993年增长73％,提前实现翻一番的阶段性目标。总结四年来的经验,要搞好财政工作必须把握重点,做好三个坚持:
