随着社会的不断发展和进步,现在的国际交流日益频繁,所以在实际工作中就对成人的英语翻译能力也有了新的要求。甚至,英语翻译能力都被看成是衡量成人是否能综合运用英语能力的重要衡量标尺。所以,在成人继续教育中,英语翻译教学就显得尤为重要。最近几年来,成人英语翻译教学虽然也取得了一定的成绩,但是总体来说还是处于起步阶段,在教学理念、课程设置、教学方法及教材内容等方面还有很多问题值得探讨。
With the continuous development and progress of the society, the international exchanges are becoming more frequent nowadays. Therefore, in practical work, new requirements have also been put forward on adult English translation ability. Even English translating ability is seen as an important measure of whether adults can use English well. Therefore, in adult continuing education, English translation teaching is particularly important. In recent years, adult English translation teaching has made some achievements, but it is still in its initial stage. There are still many problems in teaching philosophy, curriculum, teaching methods and teaching content.
