目的复制心肌缺血缺氧动物模型,观察冠脉康胶囊抗心肌缺血缺氧作用。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素诱发急性心肌缺血模型,观察各组注射垂体后叶素后不同时间段内心电图T波高度变化;应用密闭容器造常压缺氧环境,观察冠脉康胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧能力。结果冠脉康胶囊能对抗垂体后叶素引起的T波变化;能延长常压缺氧条件下的小鼠存活时间。结论冠脉康胶囊具有抗心肌缺血作用,并具有耐常压缺氧能力。
Objective To copy an animal model of myocardial ischemia and hypoxia and observe the effect of Guanmaikang capsule on myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. Methods The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia induced by vasopressin in the sublingual vein was used to observe the changes of T wave amplitude in different time periods after injection of vasopressin in each group. Pulse Kang Capsule on mice hypoxia tolerance. Results Guanmaikang capsules can antagonize the changes of T wave induced by pituitrin; can prolong the survival time of mice under normobaric hypoxia. Conclusion Guanmaikang capsule has anti-myocardial ischemia, and has the capacity of resistance to pressure and hypoxia.
