分析了长输管道真空干燥中真空泵组的有效抽速受管道流阻的影响,给出了有效抽速的计算方法,并用现场实验对其进行了验证。结果表明,处于管道出气口一端的压力小于管道另一端的压力。研究结果对进一步进行长输管道真空干燥抽气时间的预测研究提供了重要的依据。
The influence of the effective pumping speed of the vacuum pump group on the pipe flow resistance in the vacuum drying of the long distance pipeline was analyzed. The calculation method of the effective pumping speed was given. The field pumping speed was also verified. The results show that the pressure at the end of the duct outlet is less than the pressure at the other end of the duct. The results provide an important basis for the further research on the prediction of vacuum drying time of long-distance pipelines.
